Your online store, built from a written brief in minutes and editable forever after.
How it works#
Most AI website tools ask a language model to invent a web page. That is why the results look plausible and generic at the same time.
KwikNest separates the decisions:
| Decision | Made by |
|---|---|
| Palette, typography, navigation, imagery direction, available sections | A blueprint designed for your industry |
| Which sections your home page uses, and in what order | A page recipe chosen from what you sell and what the store should achieve |
| How every section is presented | Your chosen visual style |
| The words | AI, from your brief |
| Everything, afterwards | You |
A designer already decided what a good bakery storefront looks like. The AI's job is to write your bakery's words into it.
1. Blueprints — Available#
A blueprint is a complete storefront design for an industry: colour palette and palette variants, font pairing, navigation and footer style, photography direction, and a curated set of sections in a deliberate order.
There are 13 blueprints today, across food and drink, retail, and wellness. Additional verticals — services in particular — are Planned. If your industry is not covered yet, you get the closest match and can edit freely.
Blueprints are not generated per request. They are authored, reviewed, and shared — which is what stops AI-built stores from looking improvised.
2. Page recipes — Available#
Two businesses in the same industry do not sell the same way, so they should not get the same page.
Examples across verticals:
| What you sell and want | Home page story |
|---|---|
| Daily bread and pastry, selling online or driving people to your shop | Counter and pickup: the bake, your hours, today's products, a weekly box |
| Wedding and celebration cakes, taking enquiries | Portfolio and enquiry: gallery of work, your process, how to start an order — no daily menu |
| Wholesale to cafés and grocers | Catalog first: your range, categories, then your story and trade enquiry |
| Restaurant: dinner service vs takeout vs private events vs catering | Table and menu · order-first · gallery and enquiry · trade account |
| Grocery: fresh market vs subscription boxes vs wholesale | Aisles and same-day · curated haul · case packs |
| Fashion, jewelry, beauty, home, and the rest of retail | Collection / drop · made-to-order or consult · wholesale |
| Fitness and wellness | Gear or ritual catalog · programs / protocols · trade accounts |
The sections are the same building blocks. The order, the emphasis, and the wording change. Every industry blueprint that ships today has these recipes. Dedicated services blueprints (salon, consulting, and similar) are still Planned.
3. Visual styles — Available#
Choose from warm, modern, minimal, editorial, luxurious, or vibrant. The style affects your palette variant and how every section is presented — not just the banner at the top.
Style never removes something your store needs to work. A minimal store still has a shop and a contact form; it just wears them differently.
4. Words — Available#
KwikNest writes your headlines, descriptions and supporting copy from your brief, in the brand voice you choose. It writes into named slots in the design. It cannot invent sections, reorder your page, or change your palette.
The AI behind this is ours and included — nothing to enable, nothing extra to pay.
What you get from one setup run#
- A complete home page
- The extra pages you asked for: About, Contact, FAQ, Locations
- A palette, font pairing and navigation style applied across the store
- Professional photography relevant to your industry in every image slot
- Copy throughout, in your voice
All as a draft. Nothing is public until you publish.
Images#
In order of preference:
- Your own uploads — always win
- AI-generated images — generated and hosted by us, included
- Curated professional photography — bundled with KwikNest, chosen to match your industry and the specific role of each image slot
- Patterns and gradients — so a slot never renders as an empty box
Curated photography means a brand-new store with zero photographs still looks finished. Each time you generate, the selection is redrawn from the relevant set, so regenerating gives you genuinely different imagery rather than the same photograph again.
KwikNest does not overwrite a photograph you uploaded.
Editing — Available#
The visual editor gives you 27 section types, including:
Banners and heroes · featured products · category grids · story blocks · timelines · value propositions · statistics · testimonials · galleries · lookbooks · team grids · FAQs · contact forms · store locations · promotional banners · countdowns · logo strips · scrolling text · rich text · newsletter signup
For any section you can change the wording, switch its layout, swap images, hide it, move it, or delete it. You can add sections that were not in the original recipe.
Regenerate a single section with an instruction — "shorter, and mention same-day pickup" — without touching the rest of the page.
Extra pages — Available#
Beyond the generated companions you can create About, Contact, FAQ, Story, or fully custom pages, each built from the same sections and editable in the same editor.
Product and catalog pages are templates: edit them once and every product or category page follows.
Draft, publish, roll back — Available#
- Your edits save to a draft only you can see
- Publish copies the draft to the live store
- Recent publishes are kept per page, so you can roll back a change you regret
- Preview the draft as a customer would see it before committing
Publishing a store that takes card payments needs your own payment account connected, because that is where the money lands.
SEO — Available#
Set page titles and meta descriptions for your store, each page, and each product, by hand or from a suggestion. Sitemap and robots files are generated for you.
Custom domain — Available · connect your own domain#
Add your domain, enter the two DNS records KwikNest gives you with your domain provider, and we verify it. Your store then serves on your own address over HTTPS. This is the one step only you can do — nobody but the domain's owner can change its DNS.

Frequently asked#
Can I re-run AI setup after launch? Yes. It produces a new draft. Your live store is untouched until you publish.
Will regenerating destroy my edits? Regenerating produces a fresh draft, so re-check anything you hand-edited before publishing. Your published store stays live throughout.
Do I have to use AI at all? No. The manual wizard and the editor cover everything.
Can I write my own HTML or CSS? No. Sections are structured content with designed presentation, which is what keeps stores accessible, fast and mobile-correct.
Is my store mobile-friendly? Yes. Every section is designed for mobile as well as desktop, including the order in which content stacks on a phone.
