KwikNest is an AI-native commerce platform for businesses that sell to customers and supply other businesses — often at the same time, out of the same kitchen, workshop, or warehouse.
One account gives you an online store for retail customers, in-person POS, a wholesale channel for your trade accounts, fulfilment from your own van or an on-demand courier, one shared product catalog and stock list underneath it all, and an intelligence layer that does the setup work and watches the operation once it is running.
Nothing to install. No theme to buy. No app subscriptions to stack up.
The problem it solves#
One business, two disconnected operations#
Most small and mid-sized product businesses end up running two of everything:
- Retail lives in a website builder or a social media inbox.
- Wholesale lives in WhatsApp threads, emailed PDFs, phone calls, and a spreadsheet of prices that is never quite current.
Stock is tracked in a third place, or not at all. So you oversell the thing you already promised to a café, you re-type orders that a customer already told you, and you cannot answer simple questions like which accounts are growing.
KwikNest exists because those are not two businesses. They are one business with two kinds of customer.
And a store you have to assemble yourself#
The platforms most businesses land on give you a catalog and a checkout, then sell you the rest:
- A theme you buy, then bend into shape — and a second one if your wholesale side needs to look or behave differently.
- An app for every gap. Wholesale ordering, quotes, quantity pricing, reviews, gift cards, abandoned carts, delivery runs, purchase orders, AI copywriting. Each is another monthly fee, another vendor holding your customer data, and another thing that breaks on update day.
- AI as an add-on, usually a chat box or a copy generator that has no idea what your stock level is or which buyer is quiet this month.
The result is a stack that technically works and never quite fits — and a business paying for six subscriptions to do one job.
KwikNest ships the whole job. → How KwikNest is different
What you get#
An online store, designed rather than assembled#
Describe your business once. KwikNest selects a blueprint — a complete storefront design curated for your industry — arranges the page around what you actually sell, writes your copy in the voice you choose, and fills every image slot. You get a finished draft, then edit anything with normal controls and publish when ready.
You do not shop for a theme, and you do not need a different one when your business changes. Custom domains are supported, and card payments settle into your own payment account.
A wholesale channel#
Your trade customers ("buyers") get a link to their own order form. No app, no login, no password. They set quantities, pick a delivery day, and submit — and a purchase order appears in your queue, correctly priced, with stock reserved.
You can also work the other direction: request quotes from your own suppliers, compare them, accept one, and track the delivery in.
Wholesale is not a higher pricing tier or a second store here. It is part of the platform.
One catalog, one stock list#
A retail sale, an in-person POS ring-up and a wholesale order draw down the same inventory. Add a product once and it is available on every channel, at retail price to shoppers and at your quantity-break pricing to trade accounts.
One set of numbers#
Revenue, orders, average order value, best and worst sellers, stock about to run out — plus wholesale-specific measures like quote win rate and how fast you respond to enquiries.
Intelligence you did not have to install#
AI is not a feature in KwikNest. It is how several parts of the product work:
- Your storefront is set up, written and illustrated for you.
- A product listing can be built from a few photographs.
- Your buyer list imports from whatever spreadsheet you already keep.
- Your shoppers get a support assistant on the store.
- Your back office gets Nestor, which answers questions about your own data, drafts restock orders, and flags things that are usually mistakes.
And where being right matters more than sounding right — pricing, stock counts, capacity, anomaly detection — the logic is deterministic, not a model's guess.

An assistant that asks permission#
Nestor drafts. You decide. Anything that would spend money, place an order, or reach a customer waits for your explicit approval — by design, not as a limitation we are working around.
How KwikNest thinks about your business#
Four ideas explain most of the product. Learning them makes everything else obvious.
1. One organisation, one or more roles#
Your business is a single organisation in KwikNest. That organisation holds one or more roles:
- Merchant — you sell to end customers, and you buy from suppliers
- Supplier — you sell wholesale to other businesses
If you do both, you hold both roles. There is no second account and no second subscription. The workspace gives you a mode switch so you see one side of the business at a time without losing the other.
2. An order has two sides#
When you buy from a supplier, that is a purchase order to you. The exact same order is a sales order to them. KwikNest stores it once and shows each side their own view.
Nobody re-enters anything. Nobody argues about whose paperwork is right.
3. Design is decided, words are generated#
When KwikNest builds your storefront, the layout, colours, typography and section order come from a blueprint designed for your industry. What you sell and what you want the store to achieve select a page recipe — the order and emphasis of the page. Your chosen visual style then dresses every section.
AI writes the words. It does not invent the design. That is why two bakeries on KwikNest do not look like the same store, and why neither of them looks like a page a language model improvised.
4. AI where judgement helps, rules where correctness matters#
Writing your About page is a judgement call, so a model does it. Deciding whether you have 40 loaves left is not, so arithmetic does it. Keeping those two jobs apart is why the intelligence in KwikNest is checkable rather than something you have to take on faith.
Who it is for#
| You are | KwikNest gives you |
|---|---|
| A retail brand selling online | A storefront, checkout, orders, customers, marketing |
| A wholesaler or producer | Buyer accounts, order forms, quotes, capacity limits, net terms |
| Both | All of the above on one login, one catalog, one stock list |
| A business buying from suppliers | Supplier discovery, quote requests, purchase orders, receiving |
It fits best when you make or hold physical product, have somewhere between a handful and a few hundred trade accounts, and are currently taking wholesale orders by phone or messaging app.
What it is not#
Being clear about this saves everyone time:
- Not a marketplace. KwikNest does not sell your product for you or own your customer relationship. Your buyers are yours.
- Not an app store. Capabilities are built in and maintained by us. The trade-off is real: you cannot install your way around a gap, so anything marked Planned on the capability map is genuinely not there yet.
- Not an autonomous agent. Nothing is sent, ordered, priced or paid without you.
- Not an accounting system. It records what was sold and what is owed; it does not replace your bookkeeping.
- Not a warehouse management system. Inventory is tracked per location with adjustments and a ledger, not bin-level picking optimisation.
- Not a self-hosted platform. KwikNest is a hosted service.
