Every KwikNest capability with an honest status. This page exists so that nobody — customer, prospect, or our own team — has to guess what works.

What we run, and what only you can#

Everything the product needs in order to work is ours to run, and it is included: email and SMS delivery, the AI behind storefront generation and Nestor, carrier rate lookups and label printing, on-demand courier dispatch (DoorDash, Uber, and similar where we have coverage), route optimisation for your own delivery runs, and image hosting. You never bring an API key, a sending domain, a carrier contract, a courier contract or a model subscription, and none of it is priced separately.

Three things cannot be ours, because they are legally or practically yours:

KwikNest is not a marketplace and will not sell on your behalf or own your customer relationships
It is not accounting software
It is not bin-level warehouse management
It is not available to self-host

If a capability you need is marked Planned or is absent, tell us. Customer demand is how we order the roadmap, and knowing which business needs it is more useful to us than a feature name.
